The base material of this splitted,steamed walnut 3D wall panel is firstly cutted into logs and after that truncated into different sized pieces.

These wooden pieces are manually splitted one by one and sticked up on a starched polystyrene slab. At the end of the process the surface of the wall cladding is softly polished in order to remove sharp edges and aristas and after that the whole panel is oiled in two layers.

Wall panels can be easily sticked up on the wall with polyurethane foam adhesive or other mounting adhesive.
